Just when I think people can't sink any lower in their sin, they start talking about pork

Am I sensing a pattern here? Have I stumbled into the twilight zone or have I found the secret hide-away were the moderators blow off steam?

Will they report me to the senior members? Should I lay low? Perhaps I'll just slink away to the produce section wearing a green shirt so that I'll blend in with the salads and read Revelations while waiting for the rapture.

Karlie, you may want to go change your shoes. One of those spikes could seriously hurt Wilson, I mean Steve.

The word green is only mentioned three times in the Bible. Each time it is in reference to hybrid vehicles, not clothing color.

That's because, in the Bible, we all started out naked.

I can't believe you said "naked" on a public forum!

And she didn't even spell it right! Everyone knows that to ease the sin of discussing nudity on forums, one has to spell it "nekkid"

Lisa . . . just please don't tell a moderator.

And Karlie . . . calls it as I's sees it . . . I's always sez.

Ummmm, I think we're getting off topic here.

Groceries.
Blue shirts.
Passing gas stations.

Passing gas

I don't think you can talk about that on the forum.

Especially, I think, if you're nekkid

By the way...

quote:

(Ok, so I actually have no idea what pork rinds are, but I assume they are pork products.)

"Pork rind is the cooked skin of a pig. This may be either eaten warm with a meal, or served cold as a snack. In both forms some fat is commonly still attached to the skin."

LINK

"In the Southern United States, pork rinds carry less social stigma and are widely available, whereas elsewhere they are often poorly regarded due to their origins, high fat content and perceived crudeness as a snack."

Years ago, I used to hang out with someone from Taiwan. She asked me to go to a Chinese New Year celebration/dinner thing. I was asked to taste this thing, which I did, then asked what it was. The horrifying response was "Pig ear"

I was tempted to throw some pearls around.
