So far, a glass of chocolate milk, but I'm going to hit Tim Horton's when I go out and have a large tea with milk and a twelve grain bagel with butter.

I had cream of wheat (not that microwave stuff) - so yummy when it's cold!

I am sorry!! I had been hoping you were well- your dinner and lunch menus haven't been including eggs, so I thought you might be better.

I took a leaf from Harvie's page and had a savory breakfast sandwich- Whole Wheat toast, hummus, red pepper, tomato, and spring mix lettuces. It was yummy, but I definately don't have the art of making a veggie sandwich- it kept falling apart. Does anyone have any secrets to help me for next time?

I had a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds. Then I went to Bible study and our mentor had brought a strawberry cake.

Umm, a cookie. Yeah, I know I'm terrible. But I was rushed this morning and didn't have time for anything else. Of course I'm starving now.
