from what i have been finding in research this brad punk thinks he is another Dale sr. pushes people around or tries to pass rough. he likes to rub a lot as the old days of thunder movie had rubbin is racin. when you rub to point you make the wropng group mad, something is wrong.

he is one of these young punks who thinks he is God's gift to racing and hell awaits anyone who tries to stop his racing. not many if any on the circuit care for him.

dale! i have a 3 tattoo =) heh

anyway, well nascar's ruling is a 3 race probabation. i don't have anything against carl... and i love a good wreck... but what he did was negligent. he wasnt thinking of anyone else except for his own self and revenge. for that, its not cool. but i say they should bang alot more. the boys play too nice :P

Does anyone plan to attend a NASCAR race this year?

I'm going to the Talladega spring race.

EDIT: edited because apparently I can't spell Talladega.

Seeing how I now live in Richmond, I am hoping to make the fall race here.

Well, well. Consider who wrote his paychecks for the past 2 1/2 seasons when he raced Nationwide.

i'd love to go to Martinsville (HOT DOGS!!!) or Bristol. my wifes family lives down teh road from Birstol... but it doesnt seem the same after they reconfigured teh track :-/ not the bristol from 2006! i remember watching teh spring race in 2007 and how they went 120 laps on green.... i couldnt believe it! lol. i'd also like to go to pocono too, out of all the 'super speedways' i'd say pocono is my favorite. its a very unique track. i would'veloved to have gone to Rockingham back in the day...

for this year... probably none... but one of these days....

I have been to races, but I actually prefer to watch them on TV. At a race you sit in the stands, the cars go flying by, and that's about it. You miss a lot.

thats why i feel like the only race worth seeing live is bristol. you can atleast see every inch of the action there :) but i could like to go to pocono, even though i'd only get to see about 10 seconds of each lap :P

Depending on where you are in the bleacher section at Pocono, you can see about 2/3's of the course. I've been to sportbike and the NY BMW Club races at Watkins Glen--had a great time.

Bristol would be something to see--old school stockcar racetrack.

If your sitting up top at Dega you can see pretty much everything. I prefer live though, because there is nothing like that rush when the pack come roaring by you.
